Most entrepreneurs start their business doing something they love, something they are good at.    Students go to college to learn how to do something they love or at least really enjoy and will be paid for.  Adults level up in the job market to make more money, work with a better company or do something they’re going to like more.  Sometimes there is a passion that fuels that job.

But along the journey, especially entrepreneurs, we have to do a lot of tasks we don’t love – or even like.  Too often it becomes the normal for too long.

You need a plan to outsource tasks that you shouldn’t be doing, so you can spend more time doing what you love.

My philosophy is when you are at 80% capacity, it’s time to start planning and working with a Virtual Assistant or hire someone.
